A founding member of the Landelahni Group and Landelahni Business Leaders in 1996, and the Africa Amrop partner since 1997, Sandra has more than 20 years' experience in Executive Search, working with blue chip companies across sub-Saharan Africa.

Sandra's expertise in recent years has focused on telecommunications, mining, construction, infrastructure and manufacturing, but extends to key appointments in academic, state owned enterprises and the aviation industry.

Sandra chaired the Global Board Practice for Amrop for five years, expanding the board services offered by the Amrop partners around the globe, whilst developing a substantial board practice in South Africa. Since launching the board practice in South Africa in 2001, Amrop Landelahni has placed more than 200 independent directors in diverse sectors spanning electricity, water, roads, construction, property, asset management and mining.

Sandra chaired Amrop's Global Mining, Energy & Infrastructure Practice for 3 years and remains an active member of the Practice Group, given her substantial track record in appointments in these sectors.

Sandra’s focus is the growth of the group across Pan Africa. She qualified as a teacher before going back to university to study industrial psychology and Human Resources.
