BoniPezisa sits on various boards in the communication industry, other corporates and NGO sector.   She served on the advisory council of Tshwane University of Technoogy's  School of Marketing and Communication and as the chair person of the Loeries Board. 

Her experience is diverse from education, fashion retail,  financial institutions, FMCG, Telcos, national development initiatives, hotels & resorts and petro-chems.

She believes that integrated communication is critical as a business lever for growth, and internal comms plays a vital role.  She is the strategic brains behind some of Net#work’s iconic work such as the turnaround of METRO FM, re-aligning 5FM as well as the nation building Brand South Africa campaign “Today I woke up in a country”.  She is a champion of integrated marketing and communications campaigns that are social at the core.
